Discounts
Nonprofit organizations receive a 20% discount off of the base rental fee by providing 501(C)(3) verification.
Deposit
A deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the rental fee is due upon signing of the Rental Agreement with the remaining fifty percent (50%) due thirty days prior to the event.
Cancellations
The event must be canceled within 30 days prior to the scheduled date.
